Roundtable events​

A roundtable event offers an effective way for you to position your organisation as an industry thought leader. The event, hosted at a venue of your choice, affords you an opportunity to debate a hot topic with invited industry experts. Roundtables offer sponsors intimate networking opportunities with existing key clients, hand-picked industry experts and new business prospects. The event will be attended by a STEP Journal writer and the highlights of the debate will be written up as a feature within the STEP Journal, which is circulated to its influential readership in print, and will be carried online.

The roundtable process is as follows

    • Once booked, Think introduces sponsor to the STEP editorial team
    • Conference call is held with STEP and sponsor to discuss possible subject areas
    • STEP and sponsor agree subject, attendees and chairperson
    • Sponsor arranges venue and refreshments to attendees (costs to be covered by sponsor)
    • Sponsor sends invites to attendees
    • Sponsor creates briefing document for attendees
    • Roundtable is held with STEP editorial representative and photographer (costs to be covered by STEP)
    • STEP writes up the roundtable in four-page feature
    • STEP sends proof to the sponsor and then attendees of the roundtable for approval
    • The roundtable is published as a four-page feature in the agreed STEP Journal issue and published on the STEP website where the sponsor can use the article for marketing purposes
    • Think can amplify the reach of the article via other STEP and non-STEP channels if required – please ask for more details
