The STEP Asia Conference is an award-winning international event, discussing the latest news, changes and thinking in this exciting and increasingly important region.

Having built up considerable momentum since its launch in 2005, the STEP Asia Conference is attended by a highly qualified audience of local and international STEP professionals.

This year’s event is back in Singapore, where we expect to attract around 450–500 delegates from across the globe.

Before the event

  • Branding on advertisements promoting the conference
  • Logo on the website with a 50-word company profile and link to sponsor website
  • 30% discount on delegate bookings (capped at five delegates)
  • Delegate list (digital PDF format – name, company and country only) available one week before the event

During the event

  • Five delegate passes to the conference and social functions 
  • Sponsorship of a breakout session and branding surrounding it:
    • Company name next to session on the programme
    • Pop-up banner can be placed outside the session
    • Sponsor content can be placed on the conference app for the session
  • Opportunity to welcome the audience (five minutes max.) on one of the days. The day and time is subject to the signed contract return date and is allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. The speaker must be a registered conference attendee and is not in addition to the places included within your package. The language of the welcome should match that of the conference.
  • Opportunity to distribute a sustainable corporate gift in the lunch area on one of the days. To be approved by STEP and not branded stationery; the day is subject to first-come, first-served.
  • Word of thanks from the event chair as a gold sponsor at the event
  • Exhibition stand space (3m x 2m maximum) in a prime position
  • Prominent branding on main AV presentation and other signage at event
  • Opportunity to host an optional session on the morning of the second day of the conference. Please note this must be technical content and the content and speakers are subject to STEP approval (please ask for more details). The speaker must be a registered conference attendee and is not in addition to the places included within your package.
  • Sustainable gift to be included in the delegate bag or downloadable file on event website (to be agreed with STEP)
